A Study on the Priorities of the Social Enterprise Support Systems and Support Methods

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze priorities and importance of social enterprise support systems and support methods. To achieve the purpose, 1) this study classified Korea``s social enterprise support systems and methods in accordance with Porter``s diamond model 2) analyzed priorities and importance of social enterprise support systems and methods utilizing AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method 3) provided policy implications based on the results. Major findings are as follows. First, among social enterprise support systems, the intermediate support organization had the highest priority. Second, the priority and importance of the demand conditions emerged among social enterprise support methods. Third, policy for purchasing in advance and developing sales channels had higher importance. Policy recommendations based on the findings include providing support for assessing the social needs for their product/service development, providing education and support for product management and product development, allowing financial support to promote social enterprises, assisting with their demand conditions and organizational development with a diversified and differentiated support, strengthening profit organizations¡¯ collaboration/cooperation and establishing. An integrated support system for social enterprises, and securing a long-term educational system with diverse curricular.
